Certified Yoga Teacher · Hatha Yoga · Pranayama · Meditation · Therapeutic & Women’s Yoga
Yoga has been a journey of learning, self-awareness, strength, and inner transformation for me. As a yoga teacher, my intention is to make yoga accessible to everyone — whether you are completely new to yoga, looking to deepen your practice, seeking better mental and emotional balance, or working towards greater physical strength and well-being.
I believe yoga is not just about performing asanas. It is a holistic practice that brings together movement, breath, meditation, discipline, awareness, and self-connection.
Yoga is for every body and every stage of life.
Whether you are taking your first step onto a yoga mat, looking for a stronger body, seeking more calm in your daily life, or wanting to deepen your spiritual practice, I aim to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can grow at your own pace.
Move with awareness.
Breathe with intention.
Live with balance.
Parvati began her journey into yoga during the challenging days of the COVID-19 pandemic, a time when the world was overwhelmed with fear, uncertainty, and isolation. While the country faced an unprecedented crisis, she turned inward — seeking peace, strength, and balance through the timeless practice of yoga.
What started as a personal path to healing soon transformed into a deeper calling to share this ancient wisdom with others. The Path of Yogini was born from this journey — a space to inspire, guide, and support those who seek physical well-being, mental clarity, and spiritual growth.
Today, she continues to teach with the same spirit of care and curiosity that first brought her to the mat, welcoming students at every stage of their own journey — from a first-ever pose to an advanced practice.
